- Welcome to the Alpine Challenge 2009 -
The premier charity fund-raiser, team-building and personal achievement event in the French Alps, offering a series of mental and physical challenges for all levels of ability and fitness.
What is it ?
The Alpine Challenge, now in its 9th year, is the premier charity fund-raising / teambuilding event in the French Alps.
It is an action packed weekend designed to motivate & incentivise people and teams alike with a series of physical and mental challenges to test any ability - set in one of the most beautiful places on Earth.
Whether you want to "find yourself", get fit, have a laugh with mates, bring a team together or raise money for your favourite charity - this is the way to do it.
The Alpine Challenge is open to individuals, pairs and teams of 4.
Every ability and fitness level can compete - the personal goals are as important as the competition.
Where is it ?
The beautiful French Alpine village of La Clusaz and Lake Annecy, just 1 hour from Geneva.
When is it ?
Friday 21st to Monday 24th August 2009.
Why do it ?
Because it's all about personal achievement, building relationships and charity.
A better question is WHY NOT ?
How do I get there ?
It is very easy, superb value for money and can be a tremendous fund-raiser for the charity of your choice.
To take part in the Alpine Challenge it costs just £ 595 per person.
This includes transfers, 3 nights of 4 star hotel accommodation, all Alpine activities, full on-site event management, some meals, a celebratory party, prizes & refreshments.
If you are taking part in the event for charity, simply start raising money now and everything that you raise over and above the £ 595 goes directly to the charity of your choice. There are superb prizes for the greatest fund-raisers. Company matched funding can be included.
The bulk of competitors like to arrange their own flights from their local airport but if you wish to travel with the main group on British Airways from Heathrow, we can arrange this for a supplement of £ 180. If you are arranging your own flights, the single stipulation is that you are in arrivals at Geneva airport by 11am on August 21st 2009. We will be happy to assist with any flight arrangements wherever you wish to travel from.
That's it - something for everyone - so come along and enjoy the experience of a lifetime.
