Canyoning
After safety briefing you will be kitted out with wetsuits, harnesses and safety equipment before the first abseil - a stunning 150 feet high waterfall with gushing ice cold water - it is simply breathtaking.

Once down "the big one" you follow the natural path of the canyon taking on a whole selection of natural obstacles including abseils, leaps of faith into small rock pools and  water slides/shoots.

There is no pot-holing involved in this exercise, it is all above ground.

2-3 hours later - exhilarated - you exit the canyon.

This truly is an experience not to be missed and has always been the most popular activity of the weekend.

Aerial Trekking
The greatest mental challenge of the weekend requires a head for heights, balance, strength and agility.

Twenty-five metres above the forest floor in the treetops is a course of ropes, nets, swings and suspended steps. Points will be awarded for style and speed.

Transfer back to La Clusaz for an evening at your leisure.
